My Albertsons Doubler Shopping!

>> April 7, 2009

Had some serious fun today doing all my doubling at Albertsons! I did 7 separate transactions.

Here is what I came home with:

Here are the transactions all written out for you to see. The first few were the post cereal deal ones. Now I know I am not supposed to be buying MORE cereal as I have way too much [read about this here on this post], but I just could not help myself!! Cheap cereal plus makin money on the catalinas!! All in all I came home with 19 more boxes of cereal..*sigh*

For this post deal I did this one twice(for a total of 10 boxes of cereal):

5 post cereals $8.35
-used (5) $1/1 coupons from 4/5 inserts
-used (3) doublers
=.35 and each time it printed $5 on your next order catalina

Next I did the Knorr Lipton sides deal: spent $1.49 here:

And then some Kelloggs cereal.

With this first transaction I wanted to use up my $5 coupon from the post cereal into some deli sliced turkey. So..I was so excited to see deli turkey was on sale BOGO at $6.49 per pound.

Details:

3 Kelloggs special K $2.49 ea
12 ct eggs $1.59
Turkey 2 lbs $6.68
-used (2) $1.50/1 and (1) $1/1 from 4/5 inserts
-used (3) doublers
-used free eggs albertsons in ad coupon (-$2)
-used $5 catalina coupon from post
=$1.74 plus a catalina for a FREE milk printed out

Details:

3 Kelloggs special K $2.49 ea

-used free eggs coupon in ad (-$2)
-used 3 $1/1 coupons from 4/5 inserts

And one more Kelloggs transaction..this one was FREE!

For my last two transactions I purchased 3 propel fitness waters on sale for $1 each. I found a tear pad while in Seattle at a 7-11 gas station. So with the doublers they provided me with $1 overage each. I thought I would finish off my lunch sandwich combo with some cheese slices.

Total spent on this transaction was $2.98

For this last transaction I wanted to use up my other $5 catalina plus I had another $5 coupon from the quaker mir I did awhile back. I am going to surprise my hubby tonight with some LOBSTER baby! I have never in our 12 years of marriage made him lobster before..mainly because I hate all seafood.lol. So he will be so thrilled I am sure. I bought 3 tails as they are on sale for $4.99 each.

3 propels $3
3 lobsters $14.99
-used 3 $1/1 tearpad coupons

Great trips Karrie! I was able to make it a couple times to Albertsons tonight, and I finally had the Post Catalina print for me! I stocked up on cereal too, it is just too good of a deal to pass up.

You are amazing!

Will you take a picture of your cereal collection? It sounds like it may be the 8th Wonder of the World.
