The catalina is rumored to be working in California, Maryland, Virginia and some other states too..so I am hoping this is regional! I am heading down to store tonight to verify!
UPDATE: Went down to store tonight..not ONE pouch left..and they called the other store, none left there either..(sigh) However, even if the catalina doesnt work, they would still be .50 cents each.. Good luck!

curses! I saw them yesterday at my store, but they were $2 instead of $1.50 like the ad said and I figured $1 each after coupon and 5 off 10 wasn't that great of a deal!! DANG IT!!!!!

Catalina's not working in WA but $.5o is still a good thing when they're originally $3.50 a pouch. Oh well.
